Corience celebrated 1st Anniversary in Bergen
Corience was officially launched at the 38. Nordic Meeting in Paediatric Cardiology in Lund, Sweden, in September last year. This year, the traditional meeting was arranged in Bergen, Norway. Corience was present to talk about the progress of work during the last year. The Corience booth attracted a lot of visitors, and many of them took the opportunity to talk to the Corience delegates and ask about the European project. “The cardiologists I talked to were very positive about the fact that patient organisations cooperate across the borders. They were also impressed of what we have accomplished so far”, says Marte A. Jystad from Corience.
The 39. Nordic Meeting in Paediatric Cardiology gathered cardiologists, surgeons and other relevant health workers from Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland from September 17 – 19 in Bergen, Norway. This year, the Nordic meeting focused on the transition from paediatric to adult cardiology, physical activity and congenital heart disease, childhood origins of atherosclerosis and imaging of the systemic right ventricle.
